I see so many business owners NOT being able to focus on REVENUE generating tasks or business STRATEGY Why? Because they feel trapped in day to day operations How to solve it? Automate the repititve and boring tasks that are necessary to keep your business running
YouTube is a goldmine of knowledge but it can also be a waste of time Instead of watching one video after the other and telling yourself that you are being productive Try to take action on the tips & tricks you learn from the videos you watch
I see a lot of businesses struggling with getting clients The main reason: They focus on the wrong tasks Instead of crafting "the perfect logo" or "the perfect website", just start contacting business owners and sell your service Just focus on doing the high-leverage tasks
5 automations every business needs: - Client Onboarding - Staff Onboarding - Project Management - Invoicing and contracts - Reporting (Finance, Marketing,...) Automate this and focus on the tasks that bring in the most revenue
What is the most important task of AI? To help us doing the tasks we hate Don't be afraid that it takes your job, use it to automate the things you don't like to do
This is how I use weekends to make sure I stay consistent on X while in a 9 to 5: I use Make.com together with the X API to plan out my content for the coming week so it automatically posts for me This way I just need to engage on the weekdays to grow my audience
People are trying to grow an audience without a skill Try to learn a skill first and then build an audience around your skill It'll be much easier to grow your audience and monetize

Harsh truth: Watching YouTube everyday on how to start a business won't make you a millionaire. Stop watching, just take action
Business are leaving a lot of money when not doing this consistently: Ask for reviews and referrals It's literally the best form of marketing there is How? Automate it using Make.com
