@Wealthsimple the level of support and service you provide your "premium" customers leaves much to be desired. Thoroughly disappointed. Automated phone system hung up on me while on hold. App shut down on me while queue to talk to rep causing me to lose my place.

@ScotiabankHelps please tell me how it is possible for Scotia itrade close my cash trading accounts, liquidate my assets and keep the funds!? No explanation, nothing shown in my transaction history. I had to call the support phone number to learn what happened!!

@CineplexMovies $1.50 charge per ticket to redeem my scene points for movie tickets. Terrible. The whole point for us "members" was to get FREE movies using the loyalty program.

@Neo_Financial your phone support line appears to be down. Get told I will be connected to a live agent, and then silence....

@KitchenAid_CA how am I supposed to request a call back from your support and not wait the "190+ minutes" on hold? I was not provided with menu option to request it.

@KitchenAid_CA how am I supposed to use live chat to talk to rep if reCAPTCHA auth is required and it's broken on your site?

@emirates your call centers are understandably working at capacity. But calls are getting dropped while waiting on hold, and no call backs are happening when requested. How are we supposed to get ahold of you regarding bookings?!

@whoop I want to renew my membership but would like to get the 3.0 strap. How do I go about doing that? Don't see option to add 3.0 strap when I sign in and renew.
