@Timothy4TX If he didn’t have republicans stop Biden from doing this exact same thing permanently, he wouldn’t need to cap it for 12 months. We’d also have a cap on late/overdraft fees and airlines would have more restrictions also…. But yeah, 12 months is a great distraction

@MAGAVoice Republicans fought Biden to this same thing permanently and also blocked caps on late/overdraft fees AND new restrictions on airlines. Then he dismantles the CFPB which protected consumers, but we should be thankful for 1 year of caps on interest?

They are trained not to use deadly force in this situation and moving out of the way is first choice. Oh and don’t shoot into moving vehicle. He ignored training.

@AdamJ64254 @doranmaul @TheMaineWonk Big difference between the 2 Adam. Police are trained to not position themselves in front of a vehicle. They are also trained that deadly force is a last resort and they should make every attempt to move out of the way. They are also trained not to fire at a moving vehicle.

@clerpatriot Then there’s the policy to not fire at a moving vehicle to disable it or stop fleeing suspect as there’s a risk of stray bullets hitting bystanders. So if this is the same guy that got dragged it sounds like he needs retraining to not get in these situations.

@clerpatriot He also ignored training and policy that says to avoid standing in front of a vehicle during an investigation. They are also trained to step out of the way of vehicle does move. Also use of force says only to shoot if no alternative action INCLUDING stepping out of the way
