I was disturbed by the answer from @JDVance last night on gun violence as it appeared to be an absolute lie. While he delivered his lie slickly, it was an abhorrent lie. I just went back and re-watched it. He said "the gross majority, close to 90% in some of the statistics I have seen of the gun violence in this country is committed with illegally obtained firearms." He then slickly maneuvered to suggest an influx of illegal guns from Mexican drug cartels. JD, the vast majority of gun violence in this country is in fact committed with legally obtained weapons. The facts and evidence on that are clear. What is around 90%? About 90% of firearms used in crimes come from less than 10% of all guns retailers. That is the reason that people like me want to strengthen the ATF, an agency you want to destroy. This fact alone is a reason for every American to vote. As for your bullshit on guns coming from Mexican drug cartels, absolutely not true. America is an exporter of guns to these cartels, not the other way around. Again, the facts and evidence on this are clear. JD, you may be slick and smooth, it doesn't matter. You really suck at this. On November 5th, America will say No Mas to you and Trump. Your performance last night only made it more likely that more Americans will vote for @KamalaHarris and @Tim_Walz.
