"แฟนคนเดียวต้องเป็นทุกอย่างในชีวิตเราขนาดนั้นเลยเหรอ" เห็นโพสนี้แล้วจู่ๆก็นึกถึงเรื่องนี้ขึ้นมา เคยฟัง Esther Perel เล่าว่า คนสมัยนี้คาดหวังให้แฟนเล่นบทเยอะมากนะ ต้องเป็นคนรักที่ดี ต้องเป็นเพื่อนสนิท ต้องคุยกันได้ทุกเรื่อง ต้องเข้าใจเรา ต้องรับฟังเรา ต้องอยู่ข้างเราเวลาเราแย่ ต้องเป็นคนที่เราไปหาได้เป็นคนแรกเวลามีปัญหา แล้วก็ยังต้องทำให้เรารู้สึกตื่นเต้น ไม่เบื่อกัน ทั้งโรแมนติก ทั้งเร่าร้อน และมี chemistry กันไปนานๆ อีก มันมากเกินไปมั้ยนะ สำหรับคนๆเดียว แล้วมันจำเป็นมั้ยที่จะต้องขอเยอะขนาดนั้น Esther Perel เคยพูดถึงเรื่องนี้ประมาณว่า เมื่อก่อนสิ่งที่เราต้องการจากคนหนึ่งคน อาจเป็นสิ่งที่ทั้งครอบครัว เพื่อน และ community ของเราช่วยกันเติมให้เรา แต่ทุกวันนี้เรากลับเอาทุกอย่างมารวมไว้ที่ “แฟน” อยากได้คนที่เข้าใจเราที่สุด อยากได้คนที่เป็น safe space ของเรา อยากได้คนที่เป็นทั้งเพื่อน ทั้งคนรัก ทั้งที่ปรึกษา แล้วพอเขาทำไม่ได้ หรือพลาดไปแค่เรื่องเดียว ก็กลายเป็นว่า “ทำไมเธอไม่เข้าใจเราเลย” ซะงั้น ทั้งที่จริงๆ บางทีเขาอาจไม่ได้มีหน้าที่ต้องเป็นทุกอย่างให้เราก็ได้ บางเรื่องเราไปคุยกับเพื่อนก็ได้ บางเรื่องกลับไปใช้เวลากับครอบครัวก็ได้ บางเรื่องก็อาจคุยกับ therapist หรือบางเรื่องก็แค่เป็นเรื่องของเราเองว ที่เราค่อยๆ จัดการมันด้วยตัวเองก็ได้ พอมานั่งคิดดู ต่อให้เรารักใครมากๆ เราก็ยังควรเป็น “เรา” ได้อยู่ไม่ใช่หรอ ยังมีความคิดของตัวเอง มีเพื่อนของตัวเอง มีงานอดิเรกของตัวเอง มีเวลาที่อยากอยู่คนเดียว มีชีวิตบางส่วนที่ไม่ได้เกี่ยวกับแฟนเลย ตอนแรกฟังแล้วรู้สึกเหมือนมันเป็นเรื่องของการ “เว้นระยะ” จากกัน แต่จริงๆ การทำให้ความสัมพันธ์ได้ "หายใจ" ได้มากขึ้น มันเป็นเรื่องดีนะ เราออกไปใช้ชีวิตของเรา เจอเพื่อน ทำสิ่งที่ชอบ มีเรื่องใหม่ ๆ กลับมาเล่าให้กันฟัง ไม่จำเป็นต้องอยู่ด้วยกันตลอด ไม่จำเป็นต้องรู้ทุกอย่างของกันและกัน และไม่จำเป็นต้องให้คนคนเดียวรับผิดชอบความสุข ความเหงา ความมั่นคง หรือทุกปัญหาในชีวิตของเรา เพราะบางทีความสัมพันธ์ที่ดี อาจไม่ใช่การที่คนสองคนกลายเป็น “โลกทั้งใบ” ของกันและกัน แต่อาจเป็นการที่เรายังมีโลกของตัวเองอยู่ แล้วก็เลือกที่จะกลับมาแบ่งปันโลกนั้นให้กันฟัง อาจจะไม่ใช่ “เธอคือทุกอย่างของฉัน” แต่อาจเป็น “ฉันมีชีวิตของฉัน และดีใจมากที่มีเธออยู่ในนั้น”
