I am having a baggage issue from my flight from LGA-ORD-MSP. On Monday July 6th. I understand the weather issue and the confusion. I have received 3 of the 4 bags. But I need to let someone know that I have an air tag in the last bag and can let them know what city it is in.
@AmericanAir just wanted to recognize the Concierge Key agent Isabel at LGA. She went out of her way to help me this morning with all the cancellations due to weather. She personally brought new boarding passes to the lounge after she checked me into my new flight. She is great
@Avis That I don’t have….but my name is Robert Lapp. My Avis preferred number is C3R766. My rental was in Anchorage from July 21 to July 25.
@Avis so how do I get a receipt for a rental from Avis in Anchorage Alaska? The rental does not show up on my app nor my rental history on the Avis website. I have emailed them and left a voicemail…and nothing. Please help!
@Avis Thanks for getting back to me Monte….no I have not heard from Avis in Anchorage….I can give you details if need be but Anchorage does not answer the phone..and have not responded to emails so I am kinda at a loss.

A nice note from a new hire FA on our flight from CLT to DFW. Each passenger got a personalized hand written note. Above and beyond.
American Airlines baggage claim at McAllen Texas airport...I would say this is a 3rd world operations but that would be insulting to the 3rd wold.
