@prageru Every bill must be limited to one subject and must be read in full out loud in front of each chamber before they can vote (and all members must be present for the reading). That should cut out most of the nonsense loaded into bills.

Where are my #java devs? Do you use Apache's commons.lang3 library? Their StringUtils class is particularly useful. Just replaced a for loop that was populating a StringBuilder to join a List of Strings with a comma between. Just use StringUtils.join(yourIterable, ',')!

@sirjoeldean @mattpocockuk I'd like to put more thought into it, but my gut tells me that Pick/Omit could lead to awkward interdependencies, whereas starting with base interfaces & extending them puts the emphasis on a thoughtful relational structure. Pick/Omit seems like a way to make things fit post hoc.
