@AniketTalati @CAPramodLunawat @theicai Sir, Practically We are facing lots of problems in issuing Certificates. Bank are asking for certified copy of ITR and Unaudited Financials. Our ICAI is silent on this matter and not raising the concern with RBI.

Cost of non-compliance of tax laws in business is higher than the cost of compliance. So, it is better and advisable to appoint a good Chartered Accountant (CA) as the tax advisor.
