Terrible customer service by @BestBuy in Manchester, NH. Wouldn’t take back a BROKEN PRODUCT. “Managers discretion” is what my 14 year old was told. For a $10 @PopSockets that broke within 10 minutes. Will not use either brand again and make sure to tell friends and family
