@mrfboyer If the costs are roughly the same, and one has faster internet, that one wins

@shivanipod 4/ Live escalation: Hung up when asked for a 4-digit PIN and address -> Stall rep & trigger a request to me ping for info Overall took more time troubleshooting than a making the call myself. Hope this gets better!

@shivanipod Congrats on the launch! Really exciting vision. Tried using Fo on reducing my Spectrum bill today. Funny timing, my internet actually went out mid-run and I thought Fo caused it 😬 (Just a wider local outage). A few constructive notes from the test: 🧵

@shivanipod 1/ Lockouts: Repeated sign-in attempts locked my account -> Add exponential backoff 2/ Security: Asked for security Q&As via SMS-> Route through a secure form like logins 3/ data delay: Fo said acct # wasn't rdy, causing spectrum call timeout -> some preflight check of all input

@crminnovation @WhistleLabs I've been running into this for far too long. It seems to never work when you actually need it

@xmom711 @fi_dogs @WhistleLabs Been frustrated with Whistle for a while. We have one for each of our dogs. For one of them, the device never updates its location and using "Find My Pet" never works. Have contacted @WhistleLabs support multiple times and no resolution help is needed most to find my pet

@Petco when will your system be back up? I can't make a purchase because it says your systems are down for creating an account to check out... "Registration failed, our system is currently undergoing maintenance but will be available shortly. Please try again later."

Haven't taken @NJTRANSIT in years until now, and thought these cloudy windows were intentional for safety or energy reasons 🤷🏻‍♂️... Apparently its been a problem for a while bc of the material the windows are made of. Very weird not being able to see out where you are

@coryweinberg Sad to hear. When we moved from NYC to SF, we stayed in a Zeus property for the first 2 months and had a great experience

@erenbali This is like asking: "Is fun good?" "Is not working sometimes good?" "Is meeting new people, learning about different cultures, and eating various cuisines good?" Vacations are great and totally worth it.

@tweetsbenedict we have motorized blinds and the battery in the remote has been "dying" for 3+ months, requiring multiple presses, walking towards the windows, squeezing the battery cover, etc.. we replaced the battery and it now just works immediately with one simple press of the button!
