@Luas any reason why luas 5013 just pulled off 2 mins early from Parnell st?Literally locked the door.. moved up about 6 inches meaning they couldn’t open door? And waited the 2 mins per the board?

@AirCanada how do I get a reply from you? I have DM’d on Twitter, PM’d on Facebook, emailed (automated messages say 30 days before a reply) and tried calling (3 hour wait time).. my question will literally take a minute to answer #AirCanada #flytheflag #poorcustomerservice #help
