@chiweethedog It's really easy and quite wonderful. He'll of alot of oil though.
@chiweethedog Every time I'm like "you know what I'm gonna try making it", I look at the recipes and realize I have to basically take a political stance to even decide which recipe to follow. I might take the radical centrist weenie stance and just make the Chef John recipe.

@chiweethedog Doing recipe development we had to come up with jollof rice for a deli hotbar, but our direct supervisor was West African. No matter what we brought to him he'd say "this is pretty good, but it is not jollof rice" We concluded that there's no such thing as jollof rice.
