When you struggle to speak with companies who have been supposedly looking after your pension and then wont give you access @AegonUK it's time for change. Shocking, alarming and i think pensions are in trouble...

This is probably the worst pensions company @AegonUK they are unreachable and I would never use them if I knew what I know now... stay away!
Then pensions industry is in trouble! You can tell even the government can't see how they can pay future pensions. GET OUT NOW!! First to fall? My money is on @Aegon unfortunately :(
The writing is on the wall for @Aegon & traditional finance companies as they struggle to handle basic financial services for customers. GET YOUR MONEY OUT
. @Aegon is probably the worst financial company. I would never take out a policy with them again. Take your investments out immediately! A BIG Problem on the horizon!!!

Following a flight cancellation with @wizzair today (out of the blue) been trying for 8 hours to reach someone who can help with rebooking the flight as early as possible, without additional charges, as promised. 100% fail :(
Have always praised @wizzair on the great company, but a cancelled flight today, no support or service, no on the ground staff at the airport, website doesn't handle rebooking, premium rate phone numbers, no email service. I believed, but its wearing thin :(
