@evstok @JoshMacuga Bale on the other hand, his character is evolving (more so than the other characters). As His persona develops and he is becoming Batman (across the trilogy) his motivation is changing too. I put way too much thought into this.

@evstok @JoshMacuga Among other t hinges consider that he’s playing three characters. He’s Bruce Wayne, learning to be Batman, and pretending to be Bruce Wayne. So, where Michael Caine is playing one character (exceptionally well), his character is set and relatively static (as are his motives)...

@evstok @JoshMacuga I enjoyed Keaton... and I agree with your assessments... except Bale. Morsel than any other actor, he got Batman and the dichotomy that exists between Bruce Wayne and his alter ego. Much of that is the director I imagine, but just the same.
