My time alone is so valuable. The moment you master this you’ve won in all areas of life.
Enjoy your own company before you want someone else to do so. Being on your own will show you strength and bring you peace in letting go of those who don’t belong in your life. You’re more than enough on your own. Trust the process.
You just need to let people be. Let them talk. Let them think what they want about you. Understanding and knowing who YOU really are needs to be enough for you. People will always think & say what they think but not what they know.
I don’t believe there could ever be hate in my heart. Even if you’ve done me wrong... Hurt people hurt others & need the most love.
It’s okay to feel numb. It’s okay to not feel anything at all and then all at once. It’s okay. It’s okay to feel.
Their “too much” will always be somebody’s “just right” never stop loving and feeling the way you know best. Live life and get hurt. It’s always worth. You can always get back up. Don’t be afraid to feel.
