MERGE ALREADY!!
The merger is the clear will of Tesla shareholders. In just 24 hours THOUSANDS signed The Joint Shareholder Letter to the Board/Special committee in support of a Tesla/SpaceX merger.

Both boards put special committees on a possible $TSLA × $SPCX combination. Retail didn’t wait for a press release — thousands of Tesla holders signed a joint letter in ~24h pushing the same outcome.
The real debate isn’t “if AI needs both stacks.” It’s exchange ratio, fiduciary duty with one person on both sides, and who captures the cheap capital for the GW buildout.
Committees explore. Shareholders vote with ink first.

Legacy carriers spent years saying Starlink could not punch through walls.

AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile are jointly lobbying the FCC to preserve existing rules as @SpaceX moves closer to launching its own independent cellular network that would compete directly with the three major U.S. carriers.

We are launching the Tesla Robotaxi safety report today.
Till date, Robotaxi has driven a total of 3.3 million miles autonomously, and has had zero injuries nor airbag deployments. If the same number of miles were to be manually driven, we should expect roughly 9 injuries to the occupants or other pedestrians and 4 airbag deployments on average.
We will continue to transparently share our progress with the public using this page.

Calling EVERYONE who owns $TSLA!
Tesla’s annual shareholder meeting is December 3 and the first deadline is November 6.
There are TWO separate things to do as soon as you can:
1/ enter the drawing if you want a chance to attend at Giga Texas, and
2/ vote every eligible share.
Here are the important dates, instructions, ballot items, and links all in one place. 👇
IMPORTANT DATES
• Drawing closes Friday, November 6, at 11:59 PM CT / 9:59 PM PT.
• Tesla expects to begin notifying selected attendees during the week of November 16.
• The Tesla Annual meeting is on Thursday, December 3, at 4:00 PM ET / 3:00 PM CT / 1:00 PM PT at Giga Texas (online participation will be available too).
WHO CAN VOTE
Your voting eligibility is based on the TSLA shares you held at the close of business on October 13, 2026. Each eligible share carries one vote on each ballot item. Shares bought after that date do not add votes for this meeting. Selling afterward does not erase the voting rights attached to the eligible shares you held on the record date.
HOW TO ENTER THE DRAWING TO ATTEND
Start here: votetesla.com/annual-meeting…
• Tap “Enter the Drawing”
• Sign in with your Tesla Account
• Follow the prompts to verify your October 13 share ownership. Check the brokerage accounts you link and make sure the correct accounts are selected
• Complete and submit your entry before November 6
If Tesla selects you and requests additional proof, you must respond within 48 hours of Tesla sending that email. Miss that window and they can give your seat to someone else. Watch your inbox and spam folder.
The drawing is random, invitations cannot be transferred, and selected attendees need valid government-issued ID. Travel and lodging are your responsibility. Wait for confirmation before booking anything nonrefundable.
HOW TO VOTE
Vote every eligible account:
• Search your inbox and spam for “Tesla,” “proxyvote,” “proxydocs,” or “Say Technologies.” You can also check your broker’s website or app for proxy-voting materials.
• Open your Tesla ballot and follow your broker’s instructions. If it directs you to proxyvote.com, enter the control number from your voting materials. FYI, some brokers may use another voting platform.
• Make your selections, SUBMIT the ballot, and save the confirmation.
• Check every account that held eligible TSLA shares, including brokerage accounts, IRAs, and 401(k) brokerage accounts.
One submitted ballot may not cover everything. You may receive multiple ballots and control numbers, even from the same brokerage, so complete every separate ballot.
Here are the voting instructions for each broker: votetesla.com/how-to-vote/sh…
TESLA'S BOARD RECOMMENDS 'FOR' ON THE FOLLOWING

This is the new Tesla Roadster's fan and suction system, which the company filed a patent for in April 2025.
Sides skirts and front and rear skirts deploy under the battery pack, sucking the car down at ~2G. Because the skirts can move, they have some compliance, so they can deal with road bumps, road debris, etc. As the speed of the Roadster increases, the front and rear skirts retract to allow for air-flow (venturi effect) under the vehicle.
Tesla: "Our multi-mode fan and ground sealing system acts as a downforce generator, pulling air out from beneath the vehicle. This provides enough suction to hold the vehicle upside down, even when stationary. Powered fans and active wings maximize traction and cornering speeds in all conditions, achieving massive downforce at zero speed."
In their patent, Tesla said: "In the first mode, a complete set of skirts creates a fully sealed bounded region under the vehicle with central fans generating maximum downforce at low speeds on smooth surfaces. In the second mode, a subset of skirts (primarily side skirts) modifies the bounded region while all fans operate to provide downforce in dynamic driving conditions with uneven surfaces. The system includes a control mechanism to selectively deploy skirts and operate fans based on driving conditions, optimizing between maximum downforce at low speeds and improved performance over varying terrain at higher speeds."

Here is the new @Tesla Roadster doing 0-60 in 1 second.
It has 4 thrusters in the rear development by @SpaceX. Tesla did a live launch and did 0-60 mph in 0.81s.
This is the fastest car in the world, BY FAR.
Here’s everything to know about the newly launched @Tesla Roadster:
• Created to be the Ultimate Driver’s Car.
• Deliveries actually begin in 2028, built in Texas.
• Three configurations: Performance, Thrust, and Rocket.
• >300 miles of range for all trims.
• 0-60mph per configuration: <1.6s (Performance), <0.9 (Thrust), <0.59s (Rocket)
• Cold-gas thrusters (@SpaceX-derived, adapted for atmosphere).
• 10 nozzles fed by 600 liters of compressed air allow the car to move forward, upward, and rotate.
• Thrusters generate 4–5x force the tires can handle.
• Multi-mode suction/fan system can hold the car upside-down even when stationary (up to 2G). The car can go upside down.
• Design is inspired by SR-71 and F-35.
• Concealed headlights
• Ano White paint (aerospace coatings: UV, cryogenic, electrostatic, corrosion protection)
• Gold Glazed tinted glass (spacesuit-visor style) + titanium accents
• Ultrawhite interior cabin with gray microsuede detailing and seat bolsters.
• Seats are molded into the chassis.
• Steer-by-wire Yoke
• Made with magnesium, titanium, carbon fiber.
• Height-adjustable spool-valve dampers, which allows the car to raise or lower.
• Can drop up to 1.6 inches (40 mm) in Track Mode.
• Three modes: Road Mode, High-Drag Mode, and Low-Drag Mode.
• Top speed more than 230 mph, but Elon said Tesla is working toward a longer-term goal of 380 mph (Mach 0.5).
