@RadioMcLean @clientsfh Verbal contracts are just as valid as written contracts, but they require some sort of (usually written) evidence if one party sues the other. Otherwise, there’s no way to prove to a judge that such an agreement even existed

@clientsfh The weird thing is though, if they sent the artwork to a print shop and wanted to print in white, they would have likely sent black artwork and asked them to use white ink. The artwork isn't the issue here, it's bad instructions to the printer who apparently didn't question it.

@clientsfh Probably not as dumb as it sounds. Maybe they just wanted to see it upright instead of almost upright. To take this to the extreme to show what I mean, EVERY client would ask for the label to be rotated if it was presented upside down.
