Back in the early 2010s — a time when reporters were concerned about the digital revolution — Code and Theory worked with the @latimes on an entire site redesign that injected the reporter mentality into the design process in ways never done before. "Back then, you were fighting with technology to tell the right story and today you can use technology to make the story better," said Code and Theory CEO Michael Treff.
