@loveholidays I’ve replied with a DM and removed my booking number from my post. If someone could get back to me. Crazy how many other people reply. Thank you for the heads up.

@loveholidays hi. Ryanair want to change my outbound flight to the day I return. So I would get no holiday. Fly and return on the same day. Obviously that can’t happen . Ryanair say to contact you via their form. Done that. But keen to get this sorted.

@RMBeattie50 you’ve been highly recommended but how do I get my daughter to see you. Do you take private patients?

@YodelOnline hi. My parcel says it at the collection point. Only it isn’t. Clearly says it is when I track it. Yet the shop have said it isn’t there. Where is my parcel?

@Escape_Lounges hello. I joined your mailing list & was sent a discount code. it doesn’t work and reading your twitter it seems it’s a common theme. It’s really discouraging you are advertising codes yet they do not work. I’ve cleared my cache and tried via two browsers

@Davies_Group @axainsurance Our company carried out a repair to a vehicle. We invoiced and now we are having to chase payment. It is absolutely disgusting. You even approved payment. It’s not right you can think you can just do this. And then ignore every email we have sent in.

@BritishGasHelp You keep telling me I’m on the new system. I can’t log in on the app. Can’t log in on old app. Can’t log in on website. Something went wrong. New system so far is rubbish. I want to access my account.

Anyone else’s Spotify wrapped wrong? Saying my most played song was played 42 times. Weird as I’ve had Elderbrook on repeat all year and he wasn’t even in my top 5 not my most played song.

@carlyjohnson123 But also, I always thought the boys/men could keep the yorkie cause it was disgusting. Never was offended then. And never not offended now.

@tescomobile hi. When opting for a new contract you have the option of paying an upfront cost toward the phone. Highest being £180 or the full cost. Can’t you pay more towards the phone but not the full cost?

@MissKayTeaching You clearly made an impression on him. What an incredible teacher you must be. I bet he never forgets you. My daughter is 12 and remembers all of her teachers who made her heart happy. 😍

A car hit me on Saturday so I made a claim on Sat with my insurance @asksheilas their text reply still blaming covid for lack of response is appalling. And I’m still waiting for a response almost 48h later. For something that wasn’t my fault. Shocking service.

@asksheilas Someone drove into me. I’ve been insured with you for years. This should be straight forward.

@asksheilas just curious. I reported my claim and heard nothing back as of yet. Don’t you work weekends? It’s not helpful. I have work tomorrow and someone got my car. I obviously don’t want to use it.
