A single-member US LLC owned by one non-resident is a "disregarded entity" by default. For US income tax the IRS looks through the LLC to you, the owner. Worth understanding before you make any tax elections.

Forming a US LLC does not "get you" a US bank account. The LLC, EIN, and a US address make you eligible to apply. The bank still runs its own checks. Anyone promising guaranteed approval is selling you something.

Non-resident founders always ask if they can get a US EIN without an SSN. You can. You just don't use the IRS online tool (it needs an SSN or ITIN). You file Form SS-4 by fax or mail, and write "Foreign" where it asks for a US taxpayer number.
