Clearly having one of those days - bought my mum a Christmas card, go to write it and turns out it is a birthday card 🤦🏻‍♂️

Metaphorical pain of Sunday afternoon in the office made more bearable by watching the real pain of the London Marathon stragglers outside…

Only one thing worse than having to work in the office today… Having to get a chuffing rail replacement bus to get there 😠

Blimey, I’ve just selected three items on the @Argos_Online website, go to checkout and they say only one can be delivered and I have to collect the other two from two different stores. Amazon it is then!

Never fails to amaze me how iPhone weather can go from 0% chance of rain in an hour’s time to a 100% chance of rain a few minutes later.

I even got to play this on student radio. Far, She Said and On and On stand the test of time as three of the best 90s songs youtu.be/3ZW04NmOf7g

It’s a cold wet lockdown Wednesday in January with lots of work to do, nowhere to go and nobody to meet for weeks. ⬆️ To be kept as reference any time we need cheering up in future. In the meantime, I’ll treat myself to an extra cup of tea 🍵- we will make it through this!

Happy New Year to all my followers. Feels like we’ve been in a bleak endless January for months already, but I’m sure most of 2021 will be better 🥳

Just finished the vicarious thrills of four hours of Michael Palin: Travels of a Lifetime. Thoroughly recommend watching on iPlayer if you’ve been missing foreign travel this year.

Dear Government, on behalf of the millions of us who don’t really care about Christmas, please can you relax the restrictions when you can instead of assuming that everyone wants weeks of extra lockdown for the dubious benefit of one day of mixing. Thank you.
