A couple of lessons from @StefanGeorgi’s Copy Accelerator that have really stuck with me:
The first one is how much the role of the ad itself has changed.
The creative is becoming one of the highest-leverage parts of the entire funnel.
A lot of brands are basically turning the
RYZE is printing $25M+/month with the MOST creative AI song ads I've ever seen.
And since you guys loved the last breakdown so much, I dug even deeper into their ad library.
What I found this time is borderline evil:
Their new obsession is a long-form Pixar 3D skit format.
The plot is a variation of the Resilia method:
- Husband cheats
- The wife is the main character
- She runs into the other woman at the DAYCARE.
Sounds unhinged for a mushroom coffee brand, but it’s their top spenders across Meta + Google.
The wife isn't devastated though.
She's just disappointed in herself.
Still carrying the baby weight, still exhausted, watching the other young woman walk in looking effortless.
They're playing on the jealousy and body insecurity of postpartum moms with surgical precision.
Then there's the hooks. These are straight-up thirst TRAPS.
Whether this builds a good long-term brand is a different conversation. But it sure gets insane retention.
You stop, the story grabs you, the song locks you in. A mushroom coffee product is the last thing you’d expect.
I’m convinced that’s why it works so well even. The shiny object’s uniqueness catches you by surprise.
But the smartest move is what they do with a validated winner:
They remake the EXACT same song ad with a different main character.
Similar script, beats, jingle, everything, with a white couple fitting a different relatable stereotype.
Then the same thing for a Black couple, with a new voice, accent, and slang.
Then the same for a different GENDER.
One proven concept that they later clone across every ICP.
They don’t even gotta deal with Casting since this is probably all vibe-marketed on Seedance 2.5
And the craziest part stays the same:
They’re not running these angles only on Meta, but also on Demand Gen.
Google's 10 steps behind, including their audiences and advertisers.
So ripping this there is borderline unfair.
Absolute domination by RYZE... again.
A couple of lessons from @StefanGeorgi’s Copy Accelerator that have really stuck with me:
The first one is how much the role of the ad itself has changed.
The creative is becoming one of the highest-leverage parts of the entire funnel.
A lot of brands are basically turning the ad into the advertorial now. Instead of using the creative just to get the click, the ad is already doing a huge part of the selling: educating the prospect, introducing the mechanism, shifting beliefs, building desire and sometimes even handling objections.
Then you can send them straight to the PDP.
That changes the way I think about creatives. The goal isn’t just “get attention and get the click” anymore. The ad itself can carry much more of the sales process.
Another lesson I really liked:
Don’t get so deep into the avatar that you lose sight of the TAM.
We hear all the time that we need to know the avatar better and better, and I obviously agree.
But there’s a point where being “specific” can turn into making the message relevant to such a small group of people that you make scaling harder.
Sometimes the mechanism is actually the better place to build the message around.
A strong mechanism can speak to multiple avatars at once while still making the ad feel specific and relevant.
That was a good reminder for me:
Better creative doesn’t always mean going more niche. Sometimes it means making the ad do more of the selling while keeping the core idea broad enough to scale.
There’s a fine line between testing new formats, and angles.
You can have the perfect stop scroller with a killer format, but if the angle is weak, the ad is still weak.
Angle still matters. A lot.
The last thing you want is an ad that gets attention but brings the wrong people into the funnel. So yes, these newer formats are incredibly powerful. But they don’t replace a strong angle.
How much have these newer ad formats been improving your results?
For me, a lot.
When a simple UGC ad is already working and I bring the same concept into a stronger format with a better stop scroller, the metrics usually jump pretty significantly.
It’s kind of insane how much the format alone can change performance.
I found $1M meta ad while scrolling
its literally AI slop.. yet
I have spoken to multiple app founders
making over $100-$200k/mo
They all run these ads and print.
It just works.
Never upload 3 different sizes of the same ad.
Upload 1 flexible 9:16 with a 1:1 safe zone.
Each creative =
⦁ 9:16 full frame
⦁ 1:1 safe zone dead center
⦁ Every hook, product, CTA inside the safe zone
⦁ Same file used for feed, stories, reels
Let Meta decide placement.
Once it picks a winner → you scale it.
✏️How to Craft Upsells That Print💵
>>> Bookmark this thread <<<
The most common mistake I see people make when creating their upsells is that they immediately start talking about the next offer.
No, that's not how you should do it.
First, you want to assure the buyer he/she has made a great decision by buying your stuff.
Once you do that, you can shift to selling the next offer.
However, here comes the second most common mistake most business owners and copywriters make:
They diminish the value of the first offer.
You don't want the person to feel like they wasted their money on the first one.
No, the first upsell (and every other after that) needs to COMPLEMENT the front-end offer.
Here's an example:

Now, this is a weight loss product, but do you see the exact format you need to use for an upsell?
1. Start by congratulating them on investing in your product/service/course.
2. Tell them they're in the right place, so they don't freak out.
3. Use future pacing to paint their transformation.
4. Tell them about the next problem.
5. Intro your next offer.
6. Guarantee.
7. CTA.
Boom. That's it.
Any questions?
Let me know.
