The future of IT services is less about increasing the efficiency of the MSP or IT department (which will happen regardless). It is about delivering more value and giving more time back to the people they serve.

Prompting and context management is similar to how we communicate values, principles and processes in a services business. Training and evaluating agents have similar qualities to how we train and eval people. While not a perfect, I am finding the old techniques being effective.
