Motion put forward from Cllr Ramsey to commission an independent review into culture within DFRS. Discussion happening. Chair appears to be opposing it. It is also in the Annual Assurance Statement 2023/24....as Not Started???? Labour councillors asking what are we afraid of?

At Derbyshire Fire Authority Meeting. Finance paper reporting over half million underspend in revenue budget outturn£££. This is being asked to be put into strategic reserve with a closing balance of £13.6M.
