This *unbelievable* paragraph sums up DfI’s attitude toward active travel. This would be like Apple not measuring how many iPhones they sell. DfI don’t measure it because - as we’ll see over the coming days - there are no consequences if they do or don’t.

The report confirms the “cycling lobby” has zero influence. Our politicians have ad much influence. As for it being well represented in the NICS, cycling figure would also counter that.
