Šodien vējš atpūtis lielāku drosmi, zeme audzējusi spēcīgākas saknes un cilvēki ar mīļu vārdu spēj iedrošināt viens otru lielākiem sapņiem. Daudz laimes, mūsu zeme Latvija! 🇱🇻 Today the wind has breathed greater courage, the land has grown stronger roots, and people, with kind words, can encourage each other towards bigger dreams. Happy birthday to our Latvia! 🇱🇻

A hallmark trait of becoming an adult is learning to communicate what you really mean and what you really need. Many people are children walking around in adult bodies— expecting people around them to read their mind.

Anxiety is a sign that you haven’t fully made sense of something in the past. Because the only way that the future can feel threatening is if you’re afraid that something you know you can’t handle is going to happen again. Memories that haven’t been fully processed will linger:

By age 30 start to practice telling the truth 100%. Even when you want to crawl out of your skin and even when the thought of saying it makes you want to cry. The quicker you can get your nervous system adjusted to honesty, the better life you’re going to have.

@nenormamma Šodien speciāli braucu no Mārupes uz Tukumu, jo tur uzrādījās, ka rindà tikai 10 cilvēki. Qticket neizdevās iestāties rindā, vienkārši ticībā braucu. Rindā nebija neviena cilvēka un mani apkalpoja 10 min laikā. Aiz laimes aš apraudājos!
