@morganwx @AmericanAir What was really funny (because all I could do was laugh at this point) was the number of ground crew that came over take a look. I imagine they were saying “Yup, never seen that before”

Going on 6 hour delay, two equipment issues on two different planes and now they have extra people so are taking manual roll call. #yikes @AmericanAir

@serialhobbyist1 @AmericanAir Yup back at the airport after finally arriving in Chicago at 1am and getting back to the motel at 2:30 am. Did I mention that I checked my luggage and they wouldn’t give it back to me?

Now they are just calling out names asking people to raise their hand.

It takes a monster to kill children. But to watch monsters kill children again and again and do nothing isn’t just insanity—it’s inhumanity.

@CMCampion @morganwx While contractor knowledge is getting better, the building industry is slow to change and I would get a few quotes to see who you are comfortable with. The contractor is just as important as the equipment.

@CMCampion @morganwx If just replacing an AC, a two stage heat pump would be very cost effective using your existing for backup heat. Rebate would be available for AC efficiency.

@CMCampion @morganwx However, if you are replacing the furnace/air handler and ac unit you have a clean slate and the world is your oyster. There are lots of good systems, but less experience on the contractor side.

@EnergyVanguard I am hoping the extra attention will help hasten the training.

@EnergyVanguard Completely agree, but it’s kind of a chicken or egg scenario. The trades aren’t doing it because they say there isn’t demand and consumers don’t do it because they can’t find qualified contractors.

Reuse Minnesota @reusemn

During your next home project, consider deconstruction ⚒️ to salvage and reuse building materials. Homeowners and developers can receive grants to deconstruct buildings rather than demolish them.
