In the Barcelona Haggadah (an illuminated Haggadah from the 14th Century) there's a little image of the Havdala ceremony, with the wine and the Havdalah candle. a 700-year-old drawing of the same tradition we make every week. Shavua Tov!

In a group I'm in, someone asked about how old a book had to be before one stopped marking it up (100 years? 200?). Clearly the 1475 Pieve di Sacco Tur was heavily used by this owner, who had no compunctions taking notes in the margins! 😍 @columbialib Goff Heb-47
