@VWUKFinanceHelp Please tell me why after 3 months, 3 dealers and 3 emails to you, I have been unable to take out a service plan or told why I can’t

@theJeremyVine The cyclist was emerging from the dark shadows of trees, wearing dark/clothing and no lights. Cyclist need to help themselves, some reflective clothing and daytime lights.

@Pod_Point Could you just do one thing right! After 5 phone calls (3 disconnections) just told you won’t be coming today to fix brand new charger that doesn’t work. Revised appointment for tomorrow sent BUT link for me to accept doesn’t work. PLEASE ensure tomorrow happens

@Pod_Point I asked for a price for upgrading my 3.7kw point to 7.00kw in Nov 2021. I got lost. Response in June 2022, I accepted your price. Now you’ve installed and it doesn’t work. I’m on a lot of EV forums. I REPEAT .. we’re pensioners, we need our car … now,not next week !!

@Pod_Point NO! Revised date of 18th not good enough. Still nearly a week - This is NOT a service call, it is an expensive replacement that does NOT work. I canNOT drive my car. We are pensioners who need car for hospital appointments.

@Pod_Point - what sort of customer service is this? Yesterday you install a replacement charger,it works for 5 mins then dies. You now say you can’t do anything for a week! Stranded!

Not sure I can blame the driver! This bunch of inconsiderate cyclists climbed the hill effectively 3 abreast and created a situation which endangered another cyclist (me)

@LGUS How on earth can you describe your SPK8 speakers as WIRELESS. The information leaflet doesn't show any wires to the speakers. In reality the wireless unit can only be 1metre from the sounder and then linked to speakers with WIRES. So misleading !!

@canary @canarysupport Stop thanking me for my understanding! I do NOT understand! I've asked for evidence that you sent an e-mail advising me of membership renewal. You haven't done this, just took my money without my permission and refusing point blank to refund my money.

@JohnLewisRetail @rsagroup @CET_UK John Lewis you put your name to House Insurance then push it as far way as you can - taking no responsibility. Can somebody respond to me in clear English in respect of Claim 202105012451

@Parcel2Go is it right that I entrust a parcel to you and two weeks later you can’t tell me where it is and expect me to wait longer. It confirms you are merely a broker who takes no responsibility and hides behind the courier.

@LeaValleyCC encountered three members of your club who advised me that the HC allowed them to ride 2 abreast. NO - “not on busy, narrow roads and around bends” which they had done for 2 miles. Please teach your members properly.

@SkyHelpTeam Silly me to think that a Help Team would have access to the account of somebody who needs help. My point is "THE TEAM" (whoever they are!) are not speaking to me!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyCorporate Sky mobile account complaint (KMM50232900V50580L0KM) You just can't offer a deal, fail to deliver it, then expect customer to pay more -it's A CONTRACT which no doubt you wouldn't hesitate to enforce if the customer was in breach.

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyCorporate After nearly 48 calls, 5 hours, 11 different help numbers to get my address corrected I've now been told to confirm the incorrect address as being the correct address in order that the incorrect address can be changed to the correct address!

@SkyHelpTeam @SkyCorporate There are 8 Stephen van Rooyen on Twitter. As he has already written to me, I believe it is fair and reasonable to reply to him. I will have to message each of the Stephen Van Rooyens on Monday morning and apologise if they are not connected with Sky
