I'm excited to release my proposal for one of the first mover Network States in America. I figured might as well do it on X. Introducing.. Equity Backed Citizenships. Real Equity, Real Ownership in the State. & A path to the first public company acquisition in Web3. ▪️RT + Like and you'll be notified first when a spot is available 🤝 Theopetra Proposal #2 For the new users, what are we building? A Network State. A state where no one owns the financial system & the citizens OWN all of the land & real estate collectively. Where are we at this moment in time? Currently, the Network State market size is roughly estimated to be between 20-35 million in market cap total—a very tiny niche in its current existence. I suspect that this market size will eventually match that of the existing crypto markets. Theopetra's final pre-list unlock just happened this week. No more cliffs. This could not have come at a better time: just before the Bitcoin halving and at the earliest stages of the Network State Narrative. Most users in the crypto space are gambling on digital-only coins and aren’t leveraging the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity that Web3 presents to organize in the physical world—a generational mistake across every domain possible. Purpose Of The Proposal The purpose is to collectively decide our next action steps. Do we want the network state to go for a raise to buy a property or do we want to take another direction before doing that? I’ll highlight 3 options at a high level and then I’ll dive into each one. Each one also has its pros and cons, lets go over them all. Option #1 – Italian Hotel Estimated yearly THEO burn: ~9,615,384/Year at current prices Estimated THEO mint: ~153,846,153 0.2 ETH gets you 0.2 ETH worth of THEO + 2 free nights Option #2 – Caribbean Island Estimated yearly THEO burn: ~ 38,461,538 Estimated THEO mint: ~384,615,384 0.2 ETH gets you .2 ETH worth of THEO + 2 free nights Option #3 – Equity Backed Citizenships Estimated Year THEO burn: ~23,076,765 at current prices THEO mint: 0 Stage #1: ▪️$3000 Home Voucher ▪️Real Equity & Ownership ▪️World Record Attempt ▪️D Point System ▪️Open Theopetra Growth Markets Stage #2: ▪️ The First Web3 Public Company Acquisition Pros and Cons of Options #1 and #2: Benefits: New Users & Marketing. This creates a revolving door where hundreds of potential new members are introduced to the THEO ecosystem every year. We’d also be one of the first projects to own such a beautiful asset. It also creates a no brainer incentive to mint if you plan on staying there anyway. Challenges: Management Challenges. These types of assets in other countries will present management challenges. Theopetra would need an employee there all the time. Language barrier/ quality assurance here is an issue. Due Diligence Challenges. There is also due diligence that would need to happen on taxes, strategy, custody, etc. It may take quite a bit of time to figure out all of those items. Alignment? We also start losing a bit of alignment with doubling down on American infrastructure thesis. Alignment with America also seems to be the most ideal option. Capital Requirements: The last issue is the mint size needed at this stage and the heavy amounts of capital needed. This would take millions, a hefty attempt by a niche community in a very niche market segment. If Theopetra misses the mint, the users would still keep their $THEO, however the funds would get transferred to the standard growth markets and buy American affordable housing. This may leave quite a bit of new users with a subpar experience if they were expecting free night stays. All in all, exotic properties are fantastic, but they should be done with size. In my eyes, a community size like Bored Apes will be needed. This leads to Option #3, My proposal.. Option #3: Equity Backed Citizenships.. 👇
