All parkrun events in South Africa, Namibia & Eswatini have been suspended with immediate effect due to the ongoing COVID-19 (Coronavirus) situation All events will be cancelled until at least the end of March Follow our FB and twitter pages for updates

Its @deltaparkrun's 8th birthday on Saturday. Come join us wearing your club colors and enjoy the course where it all began in South Africa. loads of Cake for our birthday bash .There will be a bring and share picnic afterwards

Join Jozi Trails #JoziTrails this Saturday for a clean up of Delta Park. They will be setting up at the start finish at our Parkrun. Start is @ 9.30 Come run/walk and then give back to the crew that's giving us the awesome trails we all enjoy

Statistic time: @deltaparkrun has 35185 registered people. Yet only 502 are opted in to receive Volunteer communication. This needs to be remedied in a big way. People choose OPT IN on your profiles it will add a new dimension to your Parkrun

Who's ready for a little jog on Sat? Expected low of 7deg, so may be a little chilly but a great way to warm up come and join us @deltaparkrun as a volunteer and run the event or just as a volunteer. Either way its a great way to start your day.

Our Stalwart Parkrunner Patrick who ran his 300th parkrun this last Saturday and has over 160 Volunteer appearances. This is what a true Parkrunner is made of. Come and join Patrick and our merry group this Saturday. We look forward to meeting you.
