@Uber_Support Forget the ADDITIONAL Procedures. FOLLOW YOUR BASIC SOP's AND GET ME CONNECTED TO THE DRIVER. THATS ALL I HAVE ASKED. To contact one customer after paying for your hiked rates cant even get in touch with the same driver for a lost item Terrible! @Uber_Support Shame on you

@Uber_Support YOUR HELP SECTION DOES NOT WORK ! IT JUST KEEPS OPENING TICKETS BUT NO ESCALATIONS OR SOLUTIONS . IT DOES NOT TAKE 9.5 HOURS TO CONTACT A DRIVER OR ASK HIM TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER

@Uber_Support We understand uber is not responsible for lost items . But atleast be efficient enuf to get us connected to the driver to have it collected directly . You share contact details while booking a trip but confidentiality comes after the trip ends.
