Just thinking about your gastritis, as you navigate the symptoms and reversal, I would audit your oral supplements again. Especially the herbals. Take another look at which supplements might synergize and overlap, to try and limit the number you take daily. This subject is sparse in the literature. If you are confident about a certain regimen, rework the formula so that uptake is easier and more gentle to the lining and mucosa. I really think you should try to introduce some animal products. You could start simple: quail eggs, grass fed butter, fish, etc. These nutrient dense foods go a long way and are a much better, higher quality source of protein than plant isolates.
