@deployengineer for the friday case: give every input check its own heartbeat and score no data as a failure, not as healthy. an all-green report from an agent whose tool went quiet is the most expensive wrong answer it can give
@mjovanovictech one more for the verification box: job succeeded, file readable, account and dates match, and it's still the file an earlier attempt left behind. stamp the run id inside the export and check that too
6 days to launch. found out the hello@ address on my own site never existed. every mail to it bounced, shopify's app review emails included. one alias fixed it. if you publish an address, send it a test mail today.
love candle warmer lamps! ran gracie's place through an ai-shopping readiness check i'm building: 87/100. main gap: the returns & shipping pages aren't linked anywhere on your homepage, so agents and buyers can't confirm them before buying. easy fix, big trust boost
@StevenAnge71505 congrats on the dfyl.org launch! one thing: the site's meta description still says 'kindact is a modern charity and nonprofit webflow html website template' - that's what google shows as your search snippet. a real line about reading & rhythm fixes it
@mobasith Nice teaser. One tweak for the coming-soon page: put a one-line email capture above the fold. On launch day you're mailing a warm list instead of starting at zero.
@vibecodexe Congrats on shipping. One thing that gets clients in the door faster: a 30-sec demo clip per project, showing the app doing its thing. Feature lists describe, motion sells. Even a raw screen recording beats a static screenshot.
@developeratul Nice section. One upgrade that pays off: under each role or project add a line about the problem you solved, not just the title. What was broken before you touched it? That is the part hiring managers actually scan for.
@karthikeditzz Day 7 looks clean, keep the streak. One thing for the $1k goal: put your best 2-3 projects at the top with a one line about what each solved. People scan, they rarely scroll. Clear copy beats pretty pages when someone decides if you're worth hiring.
@gentle_nuel_ Static is the right call. Only go dynamic when a section is driven by data you update often. Ship tip: swap fonts via CSS, preload only what's above the fold, keep hero copy as real text. That's where Astro portfolios bleed speed.
7 days to launch. running stores through the free audit this week, the same three gaps keep coming back: shipping and returns missing from the data search engines read, product ratings at 0%, slow homepages. each one is a one-day fix
8 days to launch. the scanner tells you what's wrong, the shopify app fixes it.
one rule i set early: nothing in your store changes until you approve it, and every fix keeps the old value so you can undo it.
shopify app store review pending since oct 15.
@alyssavoiro 93/100 on an ai shopping readiness check of avprints0 - your store is in great shape. one gap: no ratings in the product data yet. even 2-3 real reviews put stars there, so ai shopping agents trust the store faster
@oderajoseph undo works per fix - the app saves the value before each approved write, so any fix from the last 90 days can be undone. note: if you hand-edit the same field after a fix, undo brings back the value saved before that fix
@kickgirl hey, love the spooktober series! ran valhochberg.com through the ai shopping checker i'm building: 79/100. returns, shipping, contact and privacy aren't linked from the homepage (trust 20/100), so buyers can't verify them. quick footer fix
@cavey_justin hey, ran preppy outdoor through the ai shopping checker i'm building: 43/100. gaps: contact and returns/shipping aren't linked from your homepage, plus no org info or sitemap, so shoppers + ai agents hit dead ends. a proper custom domain helps too — all quick fixes
@salesxsaas agreed. the gap isn't intelligence, it's trust surfaces — approvals, audit logs, rollback. a mid-size agent with those beats a smarter agent without them in finance and legal inbox.
@goktuggumus what almost none of them budget for: support and distribution eat as many hours as the build. engineers who treat those as product features instead of chores stay alive.
@anupamio no users yet is fine at constitution-stage. the failure mode is shipping all three agents at once — pick the one painkiller agent, let the other two watch and veto. users arrive for the painkiller.
