more channels = more chances youtube shows you to the same person instead of 1 video competing for *showing up in the homepage* THEN competing for attention, you can have 2-3 videos from different channels that have chance to show up on their home page alex hormozi does this perfectly - main channel, highlights, leila's channel, acquisition, skool. probably 5+ total more channels also lets you test different presentation styles, topics, editing, CTAs plus youtube's collab feature pushes new channels to your existing audience. hormozi used this to blow up his highlights channel from his main i work with nick saraev (ai automation). we run 3 channels - one's his main, one's live-style, one's clips/highlights. all feed into the same offer. tldr; more surface area, more impressions, more views, more sales

i've automated 80% of thumbnail creation.. can pump out any style, composition, or scene inspired by winning thumbnails but ai still fucks up when you need it to juggle too many variables at once thumbnails are the most fragile, critical element on youtube. they depened on too many variables; - copywriting - typography - hierarchy - color theory - composition and framing - aligning the vibe with the actual title ai can handle some well. all of them together? nah the people panicking about ai thumbnails didn't have much of a moat anyway. the ones who understand how all these elements work together will just use ai to work faster, not replace their brain.
