@TUIUK When someone is in distress they don’t want to be a “ref no” on an online form . Or to be perceived to be so insignificant that it will take 3 weeks to get a response

@TUIUK I still have heard nothing from Marcella Cruises about my lost bag. Even your complaints department don’t respond

@TUIUK I then sent a complaint and got the the standard response that they will investigate and get back to me within 21 days . Your customer service is shockingly poor

@TUIUK Went on Marella Cruise. They have lost my bag and are now ignoring me. No compensation received and I did not receive paperwork when I left the port.

@flynorse An airline worse than Ryan air on a bad day. They change times of flights and don’t notify you. No customer service. Avoid. Pay the extra and go with another airline .

@bt_uk I have no broadband service for 8 days. First the job did not go through to the engineer. The engineer that eventually picked up the job was not qualified to fix the repair . So now waiting for another engineer. Poor and disappointing service.

Our History: The vile instructions of a white mother to white children attacking a black girl…punch the face off her, kick her in the face, go for her (voice, mum pack it in…you are gonna kill her), get her Cathy, (car horn blows), get her Hardy, get on her Hardy…that’s it.
