@Hertz I have a billing issue and have talked to people at the local office and have failed to get a live person on the phone that can help with a billing issue. I have already submitted your online form on your website. Please provide a number where I can talk to someone.

@thriftycars I dropped off my rental and was twice told to pay my tolls through Fastrak and have now been billed by your "PlatePass" service additionally. Please contact me immediately about a refund. This whole process has been wildly inappropriate and unprofessional.

@thriftycars There are five people waiting for cars before me. That’s overbooking, not five people waiting for cars because other people didn’t return them. The manager at the location said it himself.

Booked a reservation with @thriftycars to pick a child up three hours away and they tell me it’s going to be a three hour wait. What’s the point of making a reservation ahead of time? Why was there no call, text or email update?! People have actual places to get to.

@classpass Why do I continue to get the runaround from your customer service? I scheduled services through a salon that did not honor the credits when I arrived and your customer service refuses to give them back even though I scheduled my services in a timely manner.
