Fun fact re: the Streisand effect. I’m a fan and remember the shock felt at the *published* photo which showed her lazy eye (which she kicked up such a stink about). If you search online today, you simply can’t find it. It blew over but her original censorial aim was successful.

People at work talking about ex-employee called Lisa with 2 eyes. Assumed there’d been a another, different Lisa who either a) wore a patch or b) had a omniscient 3rd one somewhere about her head. But there was only one Liisa, who had pretensions and a history with deed poll.

Bollocks from beginning to end. I see they’re trying to change ‘assigned’ to ‘assumed’ in AMAB cause assigned is so widely ridiculed. The gender industry is as experimental in its language as it is in its treatments. Oh, assigned doesn’t wash? Quick, change it! Charlatans.
