Being 87 in a retirement village in Aussie, and having raised 3 kids and dealt with my wife's Alzheimer's, and many other illnesses of all of us, I'd say that anyone who can't deal with excreta needs to develop more courage, so that they can face and live life fully. That said, i think it's genetic. I don't like those tasks, but I haven't dry-heaved. Some people just can't hack it, and I'm sorry about that ... not their fault.
