Hi @sweatybetty Can I please check, if I used my 50% off birthday code to order some leggings online and I don’t like them when they arrive, am I able to use the code again once I’ve returned them, or was it a one time only use? Thank you

@Ocado Oops! Someone forgot to print the rest of the reindeer faces on the wrapping paper! Wouldn’t be so bothered if I hadn’t already wrapped lots of presents in the correct wrapping paper last week! 🙈🦌

How is it 2023 and yet I still can’t post an item for sale on Facebook market place without getting inappropriate and perverted messages. What is wrong with people?!

@Ocado is there somewhere to leave feedback on a delivery driver? We’ve just had the nicest delivery and would love for him to get some great feedback.

@AmazonHelp Why is there not an option to call? Or the request a call back? Why do you make this so difficult

@AmazonUK Absolutely disgusted to learn that my poor mum has been arguing with you since Mid January over a pair of £120 Air pods that were supposed to be delivered to her but the package was empty! You have since told her she is a liar and is doing this for money..

@AmazonHelp Thanks, but we want to talk to someone ON THE PHONE. Not emails with customer services. This is the point. She wants to speak to someone rather than emailing.

@AmazonHelp I believe she tried to reply to the customer services email but it wouldn’t send. How can she speak to someone on the phone please? Not great technically so would just like to speak to a human being

@AmazonHelp As she wants to speak to someone on the phone to explain. You’ve also told her she has a ‘high number of returns’ which she’s asked to be proven to her but you haven’t. She just feels as though she’s being blamed for something she hasn’t done

@AmazonHelp She was told to go to the police which she has done and then tried to send the email from the police to you, but she can’t seem to make people understand it wasn’t theft from the courier as the package wasn’t tampered with, it was just empty. She wants to request a call back

@AmazonUK she has been to the police as suggested, contacted you numerous times through email and phone to try and get this resolved but you’re making out like she’s stolen them when in fact it was one of your employee’s that’s pocketed them and put the blame on her! Disgusting

Told by @Homebase_uk that this was the colour they mixed up for us, just ‘put 2 coats on and it will get darker’ Well this is 3 coats and I’m sorry @duluxuk but that’s not right is it? Who’s at fault here?
