@TMB_Barcelona, com pot ser que a la vostra web indiqueu que es pot fer aquest tràmit en diversos llocs i que @T_mobilitat m'indiqui que només es pot fer a l'avinguda de l'Hospitalet? (lloc que no apareix a la web de tmb) Que no us parleu o que?

@TMB_Barcelona, fa tres setmanes vaig demanar cita per donar d'alta la #T-mobilitat de la meva filla. Aquí estem, a l'hora i dia acordats, i aquí no hi ha ningú. Truco a Atenció al client i no contesta ningú. Quina falta de respecte es aquesta?
