Who designs the bike lanes in KCMO? Trying to understand the recent installment in Pendleton Heights. It is unsafe for eastbound cyclists. It just ends at a curve where cars cut the corner. @KansasCity

Trucks have been getting bigger, more energy & space consuming, more polluting, and much deadlier to everyone around them, including kids. Not because most of us actually need bigger vehicles, but as ego boosts, status symbols & “indicators of male virility.” HT @PickledEntropy
@KCURUpToDate Why do I find no reporting on the construction industry? Somehow it is "essential" and OK for hundreds of workers to be on a job site working in close quarters. I think it would be helpful if there were some reporting to shine a light on this situation.
