川普内心的目标是3.17 而不是拉升美股 很奇怪还有这么多人以为他在羊癫疯 川普团队的主力是索罗斯副手与商业巨头，对经济火候的掌握是毋庸置疑的，简中这么多草台班子论真的难以置信，之所以有众多的误判，原因只有一点，川普团队的核心指标早已经舍弃了美股，甚至短暂要与美股为敌，但仅限明年中期选举预热之前 对川普来说，恢复财政健康属于其核心北极星指标，其他一切都要为之让路 财政的开源节流优先级>社会的经济增长更>国际观瞻 美国的财政恶化到了何种地步 很多人都没有概念 以赤字占比和短期偿付危机来衡量，比二战刚结束后炸平了的英国更加严重，英国以丧失全球霸权为代价，才将财政危机落地，美国现在再不大刀阔斧，被逼到被动落地的巨大危机比之今天主动可控的衰退要严重的多 而现在的关键是，我们可以从北极星指标看到川普政府的目标线到底在哪里 我明确给出自己的结论 川普目前和未来一段时间所有的动作最重要的目的只有一个 十年美债收益率打到3.17% 工具关税 1开源 昨天的对等关税对全球新增的税收预计可达7500亿 几乎等同于国防预算 2节流 想尽一切办法压低美债利息 美债如今的偿付已经别说还本金了，连还利息都超过了国防预算，这危险程度已经到了必须立即壮士断腕的状态 现在靠税收还美债已经不可能，赤字还在逐年拉高，只能继续美债借新还旧，而为了尽可能不让美债拆墙螺旋上升到不可收拾，最低限度是借新还旧的新债利息不要超过旧债利息，控制住熵增的幅度，而按照2024财年统计Tbills tnotes tbonds三部分美债加权平均后的利息即为3.17%，但可悲的是川普接手的十年美债利息差不多逼近了5% 今年恰好又是还债大年，巨量的短期tbills 中期tnotes要今年偿付，合计约7.6万亿，每降零点一个点都是胜利，2020年十年美债收益率还不到0.5%，今天利息涨了十倍 今天用利息拉高了十倍以上的新债偿还旧债，这是任何实体都不可想象的财政灾难 而美股与美债之间是互斥关系，巴菲特清仓美股第一时间就全部入手美债，一边减少另一边就一定增多，美股砸下来就会倒逼更多资金买美债避险，美债买盘增多，收益率才会下降，十年期收益率至少要打到上一财年加权平均利息3.17%，让新长债至少能跟旧债利息持平，这才是川普团队内心的首要目标 现在效果已经很显著，从上任以来，由于巨量资金逃离美股买入美债，美债收益率从4.81%下降到4.06% 光今年利息就节省了接近6000亿，而持平旧债3.17%还会再省6000亿 而关税工具既可以增加开源，又可以适度打击美股从而降低美债收益率，开源7500亿加节流6000亿，光一个关税工具已经超额完成了马斯克doge想要达成的一万亿节省目标，这么好的工具何乐不为，而在可控萧条下，美联储也将不得不转变加息态度开启降息预期，把降息节奏留到明年中期选举准备前，到时财政大幅改善，赤字大幅减少，美债开始收束，美联储刚好赶上放水，美股挤完泡沫开始新高，这种经济数据中期选举民主党谁能抵挡，如果形成如此局面，川普党可以说就坐稳了下届交班了 趁现在刚上任半年，把脓水挤破，把美债利息打低,把关税新税开源拉高，一箭三雕，这么完美的政策竟然被简中一众认为是拍脑袋的草台班子。。 得出川普团队的北极星指标结论后，接下来就好办了，不确定的乱制定策略变成了确定性的节奏把控 宏观如果不清楚节奏，只要盯着十年美债利率即可，今年几乎可以肯定，美债利率只要稍有抬头倾向，川普必会出台各类打压政策，不是关税就是诉讼，不是战争就是退群，工具箱有的是，一样样来，而在美债利息目标3.17%与尽可能不损伤非农就业率的区间里，将是川普团队辗转腾挪的天地，也是宏观可以预设界限的箱体震荡，保住就业率压低美债利率的政策逻辑将在至少一年内取代过去美联储非农与gdp平衡的放水逻辑 坐稳扶好
