@Expedia @Expedia I’ve sent you the itinerary and all of the details already. Your customer service is horrific. I am a nurse working through this pandemic. Just tried to get away for a weekend with my family and everything advertised on your site was a lie. I just want my money back.

@expedia, very disappointed that you haven’t process refund that #mountainlaurelresort promised after no hot water or air conditioning amongst many other issues after trying to get a much needed escape with my family this summer. We left after 12 hours b/c of horrific conditions

@Expedia This is the problem, @Expedia aren’t helping. I just get told to try and speak to the airline, there isnt anything you can do, and to call back in a few weeks because things may have changed. I’m tired of my money being held hostage and the only offer of credit comes with rules

@expedia your customer service person today was extremely rude to me and when I called him out for being lazy he got defensive and then was extremely rude and wouldn’t let me talk to a supervisor. Your customer service gets worse and worse every time I call. #hotwiregoingforward.

@Expedia booked a bundle for thanksgiving. Hotel closed and now I’m stuck with credit with the airlines!!! I should be able to get full refund if it’s canceled on your end.

This sounds eerily identical to what happened to me.

@Expedia My wife's reservation got updated (conecting flight) got cancelled. We are not allowed to get a full refund, we can't even reuse the credit for another flight because its not allowed by Air Canada, our only option is to shell out another $500USD for a new conn flight.

@Expedia No thanks. After 2 weeks of messaging you everyday you screwed it up, told me I was wrong and refused to help. I'm just going to tell everyone I know how horrible your company is...

@Expedia informed me I won't get a refund. I never at any point asked for a refund so... okay? I asked to be compensated for being downgraded. Multiple times I told them I did NOT want and was not asking for a full refund.

@Expedia if you’re looking to travel for the holidays please avoid Expedia! My flight was changed to a flight that would cause me to miss my connecting flight. They want an additional $200 to put me on a flight that will actually get me to my destination. Smh holidays ruined now,

@klm's agent, @Expedia, indicates in writing that flight tickets will be reimbursed before November 12. No reimbursement from #Klm, contrary to agreement and European regulations. We have been waiting from @klm for 6 months now.

Another day & no refund. I’m going 2 tweet about the greedy scammers @Expedia & @VirginAtlantic until I get my money back. You are frauds stealing from millions of people during a pandemic. Don’t ever use either of their services. They’ll disappoint #expediascam #virginatlantic

Last time I'd book a flight with @Expedia and @united. A flight that was cancelled a day before d actual flight and not getting any assistance after being on the phone for 2 hrs and 15 mins are just too much of a stress.

Still blown by the bs with @Expedia. A simple date change because of bs. Called right after I caught the issue and had to wait and hour before speaking to someone just for them to say no. Assed out of $133. Never using them again.
