Jayson Tatum, who recently tore his Achilles, has a noticeable out-toeing gait; his feet point outward when he walks and moves on the court. This decreases torque at the ankle but puts more stress on the calf and Achilles. Combine that with overuse, and it’s a recipe for injury.

I’ve watched a lot of tape on Tet McMillan and one thing always stands out: his body control and spatial awareness are elite. No matter the route, he comes back to the ball, boxes out defenders, and uses his length to snatch it. Might not have the fastest 40, but he will be elite
