@404G_ Claude everyday. Swapped GPT for Claude last month. Was trying to solve some code problems, GPT was taking forever and so many back and forth. Claude solved it in less than a hour.

@bloggersarvesh Nice playbook. Tried this on my agency site out of curiosity and honestly seeing Claude audit pages and suggesting improvements on its own feels wild. The organic searches improvement after this are quite noticeable

Just finished creating my Service Delivery workflow. Would prefer to spend time doing creative work, but, this looks sharp. It feels good when you feel confident in providing a good unique experience.
I have been learning lately that a design agency is a lot about systems, and I love it! To scale, deliver a great product, and provide an excellent experience, you need: - SOPs - Client experience - Onboarding flows - Service delivery flows - Sales pipelines It's slow and messy, but a streamlined process is the real marketing!
