TFW a CX comes in and AC have "booked them an appt" but they didn't get a confirmation email 😐 soz m8 it's the walk-in q for u
CX complaining about a week wait on an appt., then complaining 10am is too early to come in for a walk-in bc they want to stay in bed 🤦♀️

It got to the point where I was explaining taking responsibility to a grown man.
I had said no bc enclosure damage, got a second opinion, then got a manager. Manager stood 15mins looking at phone & did serial check
Had a CX wanting a renew, yelling at me for quoting the damaged price when the home button wasn't working properly.
Today my shift mostly consisted of making milkshakes for my teammates in the break room. AND I got my 8-bit Mario badge. #winning
@ManzanaManager we had some people grab some phones when we were closing...phones are worthless though. They're even sanded on the back
