@YNB I have had the same thing happen to me for years. I finally found someone who encourages me to be all that I am and more. It is such a refreshing change and it is the best, healthiest relationship I’ve ever been in

@SaadiaFaruqi I just finished reading “Meet Yasmin” to my class. It was so wonderful to watch a young Pakistani American boy in my class light up when I read this book. Now this reluctant reader can’t wait to go to the library and check out more of your books. Thank you!!!

This war was mismanaged by two political parties who fought with each other rather than combine resources to put together a unified strategy. The divisiveness in our political system wreaks havoc around the world. Both parties played a part and both are to blame.

I’m truly tired of having to convince stupid people not to be stupid.

@Theorossi @KimFCoates @Patreon That episode WRECKED me. I happened to be awake at 3am watching it. When Opie’s scene came on I was in shock and I couldn’t call any of my SOA friends at that hour. I had to try and process that all alone😭.I still can’t rewatch that scene…yet that is one of my favorite episodes

The most effective teaching strategy or classroom management tool is building relationships with your kids. That’s it.

@flyingmonkey13 I do the same thing for exactly the same reason. Maybe it is a teacher thing…or just a nice person thing

Ignorant people calling those who want to recognize and celebrate Juneteenth “divisive” for wanting to have “two Independence Days” should blame the founding fathers for not including everyone in the first Independence Day. #JuneTeenth2021

@donie Someone called me a sheep while I was masked so I looked right at her and bleated. I was quite proud of my self as I walked away and left her in stunned silence 🐑
