Running a fleet of agents against paid infra? The real fear isn't latency. It's one agent stuck in a retry loop at 3am. One key per agent, own budget, enforced on the hot path. Over budget: clean refusal, the rest of the fleet keeps serving. Blast radius is a feature.

An identical request inside the published TTL is served from our cache in ~1ms and costs 0 units. Not discounted — zero. We didn't pay an upstream for that response, so billing you would be renting back your own request. State-dependent reads are never cached.

Most infra vendors publish an uptime number. Almost nobody publishes the method. Ours: synthetic probes hit every upstream endpoint every 5 minutes. Per-chain uptime, p50 and p95. The same report drives the public page — we don't get to curate it. flexyield.io/status
