@mdnlabs Yeah do recommend though, it’s great!
@TheSalesRoo Think he gives sales training?
@marclou I should find that ship shipping shipping ships meme somewhere for this
@TheSaaSCraftman Yeah it was! The leadmagnet was off, they wanted it but the next step to a call was not smooth. Did not work out as planned. So we changed the leadmagnet got the same results, but then with 5 calls booked
Everyone wants an AI agent to run their outbound. Nobody wants to explain the burned domains. One campaign last week: 10,776 sends, 341 replies, 0 meetings. 3.17% reply rate looks great on a dashboard. An agent chasing replies keeps sending. Track meetings per 10,000 sends.
@jasonlk It keeps amazing me how this stuff is changing

@MichLieben Doing step 2 and turning it into a good cold offer kinda encompasses cold email in total
@RCIllingworth Doing this already get's you halfway there for real
Fresh job post = 5x more opportunities. 1 per 50 emails vs 1 per 250. Stop emailing stale leads. Signal campaigns only work if you're fast.
@jonathan_wilke @marclou Distribution is one of the only reasons it doesn’t work
Your reps probably think this is the way to do cold outreach… Yes, this way cold outreach does not work.
YC really does a great job of making the few workshops they do stick.
